You would be responsible for working with the team to deliver “More Life” by providing a positive work environment and promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.

WE ARE SEEKING A SALES ASSOCIATE WHO CAN OPEN THE STUDIO (4:30AM) 2-3X PER WEEK AND ALSO WORK SATURDAY MORNINGS!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Open Studio 4:30am 2-3x per week, plus Saturday mornings
Maintain a professional, strong relationship with the active member base focusing on More Life
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio re-enforcing the More Life purpose
Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems and protocols
Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements
Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
Responsible for attending and participating in all relative training programs and staff meetings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must understand and agree with the company's meaningful purpose and mission

Solid verbal and written communication skills required
Health & Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
